Your most important tasks in this position will include: managing and developing the sales team, ensuring the achievement of common goals, and building engagement
supporting team members in their daily work, developing their competencies, and motivating them to achieve the best results
actively acquiring new customers and developing cooperation with existing business partners
creating and implementing sales strategies for assigned customers
building long-term relationships with customers and ensuring a high level of service
maintaining a positive company image by providing professional customer service and high quality of services provided
Our requirements: documented minimum 2 years of experience in a position related to sales management
very good knowledge of the market in the transport and forwarding industry
very good knowledge of the English language
sales orientation and achievement of set goals
excellent communication and negotiation skills
ability to work in a team
category B driver's license
