Your most important tasks in this position will include: organization of document flow in the forwarding department (completing, checking correctness, and archiving documents; issuing invoices)
cooperation with cargo-partner offices in Poland and around the world
development of forwarding activities by ensuring high quality of services and a positive image of cargo-partner
Candidate profile: good work organization and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions under time pressure
conscientiousness and accuracy in performing assigned duties
communication skills and orientation towards direct cooperation with the customer
ability to work in a team
very good knowledge of English in speaking and writing
practical knowledge of MS Office suite
