Road Transport Organizer

We are inviting a candidate to join our team for the position of Road Transport Organizer.

Tasks and responsibilities: preparation and sending of commercial offers to clients,

monitoring their needs and providing advice,

receipt and processing of orders,

working with suppliers, obtaining and coordinating offers, negotiating prices and terms of cooperation,

organization of shipments and appropriate monitoring of shipment status,

delivery of shipments to the final recipient,

communication with domestic and foreign clients or partners,

monthly review of turnover and preparation of reports.

Our expectations: at least 2 years of experience in the field of road transport organization,

ability to react quickly in stressful situations,

excellent organizational and communication skills,

ability to communicate fluently in English,

knowledge of Italian is welcome,

desire to work with people and communicate with clients and partners,

accuracy and high responsibility towards work,

ability to work in a team,

driving license category B.
