Your most important tasks in this position will include: independent planning and execution of international orders in the field of air freight forwarding, in accordance with company procedures as well as customer expectations
guaranteeing the correct preparation and flow of documents
building long-term relationships and maintaining contacts with customers, subcontractors, and airlines
cost optimization and participation in the debt collection process
cooperation with cargo-partner offices and freight forwarding agents worldwide
development of forwarding activities by ensuring high service quality and a positive cargo-partner image
Our requirements: knowledge of English in speaking and writing at a minimum upper-intermediate level
communicativeness and orientation towards direct cooperation with the customer
good work organization and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions under time pressure
ability to work in a team
knowledge of operating systems such as: CargoWise, Salesforce is welcome
relevant education will be an additional asset
