Job description and responsibilities: care for the administrative part of the transport process
review of documents
obtaining missing documentation
data entry into IT programs and updating
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: min. SSS (preference for road transport, administrative occupations)
2 years of experience in administration jobs
high IT literacy
ability to communicate in English
attention to detail, speed, and motivation to work
excellence in written and oral communication
self-initiative and a sense of responsibility
ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic environment
