Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Consultant - Org Design and Change Management shapes and delivers organization design and change strategies that strengthen the capabilities needed to achieve the organization's strategic objectives. The job partners with various internal organizations (businesses, functions, etc) to support them in their transformative journeys, by analyzing operating model effectiveness, suggesting improvement options, evaluating and re-designing organization structures, and enhancing the change capability within the organization.

You will be joining our HR Strategy Execution & People Analytics team; we are a global team with the mission to deliver organization solutions that bring clarity and confidence to change - equipping HR and business partners to lead sustainable growth long after our engagement.
