Senior Partner

Carey Olsen Singapore LLP invites applications from suitably qualified lawyers to join as a Partner in our Corporate practice, with a particular focus on Bermuda law matters.

Duties and responsibilities include advising clients on a broad range of Bermuda corporate and non-contentious trust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, regulatory matters, and other cross-border transactions. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead and contribute to international business development initiatives, marketing activities, client relationship management and training programmes.

Successful candidates will have substantial experience advising high-net-worth individuals, multinational corporations and institutional clients on Bermuda law matters, together with a minimum of ten years' post-qualification experience gained in Bermuda or other common law jurisdictions. Candidates should possess significant expertise across a broad range of Bermuda corporate, commercial and trust-related matters.

Successful candidates will also have a proven track record of supervising, mentoring and training Associates, as well as contributing to the development and growth of a leading offshore legal practice. Strong business development skills and an established professional network within the Bermuda legal and business community will be highly desirable.
