Carey Olsen Singapore LLP invites applications from suitably qualified lawyers to join as an Associate in our Litigation practice, with a particular focus on Cayman law matters.

Your tasks

Duties and responsibilities include advising Caymanian and international institutional and non-institutional clients on complex commercial matters, with a particular focus on high-value commercial and financial services litigation, cross-border disputes and contentious insolvency. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate strong legal drafting, matter management and commercial judgement.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have to demonstrate substantial dispute resolution experience across a broad range of Cayman litigation matters. They should also have five years' post-qualification experience gained in Cayman or other common law jurisdictions and demonstrate conversational Mandarin skills.
