Job Summary Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building long-term customer relationships, maintaining high standards of store presentation, and supporting daily store operations to ensure excellent shopping experience in line with the Company’s brand image and service standards. Responsibilities Identify customer needs and provide personalised product recommendations to promote and sell products effectively Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall sales performance Deliver excellent customer service to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and personalised shopping experiences Maintain store appearance, product presentation, and visual merchandising according to Company standards Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory management, sales transactions, and after-sales services Acquire and maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers Respond professionally to customer enquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure positive customer experiences Handle merchandise properly, ensuring correct display and security following Company procedures Collaborate with team members to maintain a professional work environment and achieve store objectives Required competencies and certifications Bilingual and communicate effectively with customers and explain the Company's history, traditional craftsmanship, and cultural heritage associated with the products Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service Experience as cabin crew Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service and sales Professional, positive, and customer-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn and develop product knowledge Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Other Information Interested Applicants, Kindly send resume to Chavell.tan@careersource.sg or 97779137.
