Senior / Marketing Executive (Branding/Digital/2yrs exp)

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the end-to-end execution ofhigh-profile corporate events, virtual webinars, and promotional roadshows, strictly managing budgets, vendor logistics, and venue coordination.
• Formulate and drive comprehensive brand marketing strategies, maximizing post-event engagement through targeted follow-up campaigns and precise lead-generation tracking.
• Conceptualize, direct, and film premium video content tailored for diverse digital platforms, translating brand narratives into compelling visual stories for corporate presentations and social media.
• Spearhead performance marketing initiatives by structuring, deploying, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta,Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn to maximize overall ROI/ROAS.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives andtargeting parameters while actively collaborating with internal advisoryleaders and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Liaising with external agencies on video editing.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, MassCommunications, Media, Business Administration, or a related commercial discipline.
• At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience indigital marketing.
• Demonstrated expertise in performance marketingand lead generation, with a strong, specialized focus on deploying successfulMeta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Exceptional stakeholder communicationcapabilities and a highly polished corporate demeanor to represent the brandeffectively during high-touch client galas and corporate seminars.
• Flexibility to commit to executing physicalevents that fall on weekends (corresponding off-days will be strictly providedin lieu).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well in a team.
