Prepress Supervisor (Packaging / Label Printing) T04340

• Control and manage the prepress process before production, from checking artwork files, artwork specifications, color separation, print files, job proofs, plates/printing cylinders, and technical information to ensure accuracy according to company standards and customer requirements, while planning and monitoring work to ensure timely delivery to production.
• Analyze and resolve technical printing problems related to artwork, color issues, file errors, and printing processes, including supporting the production department in on-site troubleshooting, analyzing root causes, and determining preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Control the quality and standards of prepress work by overseeing color standards, color management, printing specifications, artwork version control, and verifying accuracy before releasing work into the production process to prevent errors and reduce customer complaints.
• Improve and develop the prepress process by analyzing problems to reduce prepress errors, rework, and waste, as well as improving workflows, standard operating procedures, inspection points, and implementing new technologies or software to increase work efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Production, Quality Control, and customers, to resolve artwork issues and support smooth production processes.
• Control the storage and management of artwork-related data, such as artwork databases, file management, and version control, to ensure information is accurate, up-to-date, and traceable.
• Support company quality systems and standards, such as Quality Management Standards (ISO), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Forest Stewardship Council/Food Safety System Certification (FSC/FSSC) standards, and comply with quality and safety requirements related to the prepress process.
• Manage and develop the prepress team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, managing team capacity, and developing skills in artwork, software, color management, and printing technology.

Qualifications: Thai nationality Age not exceeding 43 years Male / Female Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, or related fields Possess leadership qualities with good communication and coordination skills Experience in Prepress, Artwork, or printing processes in the packaging or label printing industry Good understanding of printing processes such as Rotogravure, Flexographic, Offset, or Digital Printing Knowledge of Color Management, Color Separation, and print file preparation Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Prepress software Experience in preparing printing cylinders, printing plates, and print-ready files Ability to analyze and solve printing-related problems in collaboration with the production team Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work within deadlines Basic English language skills
