Your tasks

• Service engineer support machine in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process (Installation/ maintenance/ troubleshoot/ training/ production support)
• Provides support to Engineers, reliability / technicians and factory operations teams for continuous improvement activities in Safety, Quality, and cost efficiency.
• Delivering services to customers effectively and on time (Service around nearby Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Prachinburi, Pathumthani, Chonburi, Samutprakarn, Rayong, etc.)
• Monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance.
• Walking customers through how equipment works including how to use it safely. Providing clear customer feedback
• Out of hour callouts are responded to in a timely manner.
• Follow and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and regulations at all times.

Requirements

1. Thai Nationality
2. Age 28-40years old
3. Male
4. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
5. Direct experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is required.
6. At least 10 years of relevant experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
7. Past experience in Yamaha/Surface Mount Technology (SMT)/Omron/ Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines are advantageous
8. Pleasant personality, High responsibility, active and Service Minded.
9. Can work under pressure, Patient and Trustworthy.
10. Good problem-solving skills.
11. Hard working and can work on board/ holiday / late work
12. Good command of English
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office software
14. Has Driver license
15. Non smoking
