- Securing new leads through existing client satisfaction and networking
- calling and visiting corporate and individual owners
- Identifying potential needs for land use, facility aging, or expansion
- Interviewing clients about budget, schedule, design, and performance
- Developing basic design plans with design and estimation departments
- Calculating cost estimates and investment return simulations
- Highlighting company strengths in methods, track record, and cost
- Managing terms negotiations and executing construction agreements
- Securing new leads through existing client satisfaction and networking
Qualifications: Thai Nationality. Male or Female Age 35 years old ~ 50 years old Bechelor’s degree in related field At least 7 years of experience in Construction-related company English required (Business level) Japanese is plus Excellent communication skills Flexible mind Car liscense (Having own car is plus)
