- Support for QC, Accounting, Production, Production Control, and Inspection.
- Facilitate smooth communication and resolve conflicts between departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage overall production schedules, quality control standards, and delivery deadlines
- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) and 5S initiatives to maximize production efficiency
- Analyze financial metrics to improve overall profitability
- Evaluate, mentor, and develop local department managers and supervisors
Qualifications: Thai Nationality Age 32 - 45 Years old Male / Female Bachelor degree in any field Over 5 years of Managerial experience in manufacturing and quality departments of Manager position up Having knowledge of Fastener is plus Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
