• Maintain relationships with existing customers (automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers)
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations
• Support price negotiations and contract agreements
• Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and internal departments
• Respond to customer issues and provide follow-up support
• Prepare sales reports and report to management
• Conduct customer visits and support sales activities
