-Translate technical guidance and safety rules from Japanese manager to Thai staff -Facilitate urgent communication during line stops, defect investigations, and root-cause analyses -Translate manuals, work instructions, and safety guidelines (Japanese and Thai) -Mitigate communication gaps and cultural misunderstandings between Japanese manager and local staff -Assist Japanese manager with general coordination and daily administrative tasks
