Embedded Software Development Asst.Manager T04201(Japanese speaking)

• Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation, maintenance, and support
• Work closely with the team leader to ensure project status is accurate and that issues are escalated promptly
• Monitor overall project status, including risks and issues, and manage the development team's workload effectively
• Supervise and oversee the development team, setting targets to improve both technical capabilities and development processes
• Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications: Thai Nationality Female/Male Age 30-45 years old Bachelor's degree in computer, Electrical engineering or related field At least 7 years of experience in embedded software development, including system design, implementation, and advanced C programming Proven experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and team management Strong knowledge of project management, development processes, and the ability to lead and guide cross-functional teams Solid understanding of IDE tools, software development environments, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams Able to work under pressure, manage tight schedules, and handle technical documentation and routine tasks with accuracy Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills Good relationship, personality, communication, positive thinking, self- motivated, flexible, enthusiastic Japanese language proficiency JLPT N3 up
