Your tasks

-Plan, assign, and monitor tasks for PLC engineers at different experience levels. -Lead, coach, and develop junior, mid-level, and senior engineers. -Design, develop, program, and optimize PLC software to meet customer requirements. -Develop and troubleshoot HMI programs and PLC communication systems. -Review PLC/HMI program quality and approve technical solutions. -Resolve complex technical issues and provide troubleshooting support remotely or on-site. -Plan and control system testing, installation, and commissioning. -Coordinate with customers, Service, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver projects. -Prepare technical documentation and manage PLC/HMI backups and version control. -Evaluate team performance and develop individual skills. -Ensure work quality, project deadlines, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Thai nationality
2. Age 30 to 38 years old
3. Male
4. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
5. At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, PLC programming, or industrial automation systems.
6. Experienced in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and testing automation systems.
7. Experienced in leading engineering teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance.
8. Knowledgeable in electrical control systems, electrical diagrams, sensors, inverters, and motor control.
9. Skilled in analyzing technical problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
10. Able to plan engineering tasks, prioritize work, and ensure projects meet deadlines.
11. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
12. Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
13. Has driver license
14. Able to communicate in English.
