Your tasks

• Coordinate with Project Engineers on Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and audit planning.
• Lead and support project inspections to prevent defects and improve overall work quality.
• Implement and promote QC and ISO 9001 standards and quality awareness among employees.
• Develop and maintain quality-related documents, including Work Instructions (WI), Method Statements (MS), and standard formats in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Lead and support external audits, management reviews, and QC/QA improvement activities.
• Organize and support internal training programs to improve employee competency and quality awareness.
• Manage and maintain ISO 9001 documentation and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Implement and monitor Project Quality Control Plans.
• Prepare H1/H2 and annual quality summary reports, including defects, corrective actions, troubles, and customer complaints.
• Present quality performance and improvement results to management.

Requirements

1. Thai Nationality
2. Male or Female
3. Age 30–40 years old
4. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
5. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is an advantage
6. 6–9 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, preferably in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects
7. Experience in M&E system installation for factories or commercial buildings is an advantage
8. Experience in project construction management, scheduling, implementation, and monitoring
9. Knowledge of ISO 9001, QC/QA processes, and internal/external audits
10. Experience in technical, engineering, safety, and environmental documentation
11. ISO 9001 Auditor certification and Professional Engineer License are an advantage
12. Good command of spoken and written Thai and English
13. Japanese language skills are an advantage
14. Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Clipchamp
15. Knowledge of CAD, Revit, BIM, and Canva is an advantage
16. -Able to work outside the office and travel to various project sites as required.
