Senior Quantity Surveyor (MNC / Ang Mo Kio)

Job Responsibilities Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation claims, and commercial documentation. Support EOT, Loss & Expense claims by coordinating with project teams and site records. Monitor project costs, budgets, and provide commercial reporting to management. Guide project QS teams on contract administration, measurements, and claim procedures.

Job Requirements At least a diploma with 5–8 years of Quantity Surveying experience on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects. Strong knowledge of Singapore construction contracts, especially PSSCOC and SIA. Experienced in claims, variations, cost control, and commercial management.
