Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer (Attractive Bonus/ Central/ Permanent Role)

Responsibility: Manage user access requests, provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across applications, systems, and infrastructure. Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring timely and secure access management. Monitor and resolve IAM-related service requests and incidents in accordance with established procedures and SLAs. Conduct periodic access reviews and maintain accurate access records and documentation. Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot access issues. Support audit and compliance activities by preparing access reports and audit logs. Assist with IAM tool configuration, testing, and integration. Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Requirement: Minimum Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Operations or IAM-related roles; experience in financial institutions or regulated industries is preferred. Understanding of IAM principles, access controls, and security best practices. Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration. Familiarity with IAM integration and scripting technologies such as PowerShell, Java, Shell Scripting, and REST APIs. Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira. Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate documentation. Willingness to participate in shift work and 24/7 standby/on-call support.
