Job Description

Pre-Tender /Commercial

Cost Estimation

Calculate quantities, materials, labour, and project timeframes before project commencement.

Tendering and Contracts

Prepare tender packages, evaluate bids, and support contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.

Budget Monitoring

Track expenses, manage variations, and forecast financial outcomes.

Valuation and Payments

Assess completed work on-site and process progress claims or subcontractor payments.

Risk and Dispute Management

Identify commercial risks and support resolution of contractual claims or disputes.

SKILLS | EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• Electrical background /knowledge is required.
• Comfortable with occasional project-site checking.
