Compliance Manager (m/f/d) (Compliance-Manager/in)

We are looking for a full-time Compliance Manager (m/f/d) for a long-term assignment with our customers in the Oberkochen area, starting immediately.

Your Tasks

• Documentation, analysis, and technical evaluation of complaints and quality deviations
• Support in the creation and preparation of regulatory reports in accordance with national and international regulatory requirements (e.g., MDR, FDA)
• Participation in the processing and follow-up of complaint cases
• Ensuring compliant documentation within the framework of applicable quality and compliance specifications
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments in the evaluation and preparation of quality-relevant facts

What we expect

• Completed studies in the field of Optometry, Medizintechnik, Pharmatechnik, or a comparable scientific or technical qualification
• Very good written and spoken English skills; other foreign languages are an advantage
• Initial professional experience in Quality Management is desirable
• Knowledge in Complaint Management, ideally in Medizintechnik, is an advantage
• Initial experience in handling databases
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is desirable
• Independent, analytical, and structured way of working
• Strong teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of working in international and interdisciplinary teams
• High quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility
