People Partner

About the opportunity

Our client is going through a period of transformation, and they need a hands-on Human Resources People Partner to help deliver it. Working alongside a close team of HR and reporting into the Head of People, you'll be at the heart of the change agenda, making sure it's delivered fairly, smoothly and with a human touch.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting and delivering organisational change activity in partnership within the HR Team
• Running collective consultations and redundancy processes from start to finish
• Advising and coaching managers through change with confidence and empathy
• Managing the practical, operational side of change (this is a role for a "doer", not a strategy-only HR professional)
• Working closely with the Head of People and wider HR team to keep delivery on track

What we're looking for

• Proven HRBP experience in change, restructuring and employee relations
• Hands-on experience of collective consultation and redundancy programmes
• Someone who can plug in and play from day one, with little ramp-up time
• A positive, energetic approach and a real personality: you're someone people want to work with
• Strong stakeholder skills and the confidence to hold your own in a fast-moving environment
