Duties can include:

Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and guests Managing busy switchboards and directing calls efficiently Supporting client events and hospitality functions Assisting with cloakroom services Booking, coordinating, and managing meeting rooms Issuing visitor passes and maintaining security procedures Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers Conducting floor walks and ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
