Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a restaurant manager for our client in Rovaniemi for the upcoming winter season 2026-2027. On offer is a responsible and diverse role where you will get to lead a team, develop operations, and create unforgettable experiences for customers in an international operating environment.

The position is primarily for the duration of the 2026-2027 winter season, but for the right person, the opportunity for a longer-term employment relationship may open up.

In this role, you will

• Lead the restaurant's daily operations and ensure high-quality service
• Inspire and support your team to succeed in their work
• Be responsible for shift scheduling and operational smoothness
• Develop the customer experience and service quality
• Work in close cooperation with the kitchen and other staff

We hope you have

• Experience in supervisory roles within the restaurant industry
• The ability to lead people encouragingly and goal-orientedly
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• A customer-service-oriented work attitude
• Fluent English skills, other language skills are considered an advantage
• Readiness to work in an international and occasionally fast-paced operating environment
