Arctic Career is looking for waiters and waitresses for the winter season 2026–2027 for various restaurant, hotel, and tourism destinations in Rovaniemi and surrounding areas.

We are looking for workers for various destinations, different levels of tasks, and different lengths of employment. Whether your strength is in à la carte service, breakfast, buffet, bar, or more responsible restaurant tasks, we may have the perfect place for you.

We are looking for reliable and flexible workers with a good service attitude who enjoy being part of a team even in the middle of a busy winter season. We hope for previous experience in the restaurant industry and good English language skills. Finnish language skills are an advantage, but not required for all tasks.
