We Are Hiring Receptionists – Winter Season 2026–2027
Would you like to work in the heart of Lapland’s busiest tourism season and be part of creating unforgettable customer experiences for international guests?
We are looking for service-minded and proactive Receptionists for our client companies for the winter season 2026–2027. In the reception, you are at the heart of the hotel – the first person the customer meets upon arrival, and the last one they see when departing.
Your tasks include, among other things, check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, customer service, phone and email work, and upselling. Your days will be varied, and you will get to work in an international environment as part of a professional team.
Work begins in October–November 2026 and continues until the end of the winter season, March–April 2027.
What do we expect from you?
Previous experience or education in hotel reception work
A genuine service mindset and a positive approach to work
The ability to work independently even in busy situations
Good IT skills
Fluent English language skills (other language skills are considered an advantage)
Flexibility regarding working hours

The positions begin in October–November 2026 and continue until the end of the winter season, approximately March–April 2027.
