Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas is a new luxury resort in Muonio, in the heart of Lapland. We are building a place where northern nature, high-end hospitality, wellness, experiences, and refined service meet in a unique way.

As part of Arcora, a restaurant complex will open in December 2026. The culinary vision of the complex is led by top chef Arto Rastas. The complex includes the à la carte Restaurant 8, Bar & Bakery, and a champagne bar. Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas is a place where service is calm, present, and refined.

We are looking for a breakfast waitress/waiter who wants to be part of creating the first, memorable restaurant experience of the day.

Your responsibilities

You will work as part of the breakfast hall team and are responsible for ensuring that the morning service is calm, smooth, and refined. You will take care of the cleanliness and coziness of the hall throughout the breakfast, meet customers warmly and subtly, and take care of beverage service. You will serve the breakfast main courses according to the menu to the tables in a timely manner and present the dishes to customers if necessary. You will actively monitor the situation in the hall, attend to customers' needs and special requests, and ensure that the breakfast experience proceeds naturally from start to finish. You will work in close cooperation with the kitchen so that the rhythm of the hall and the kitchen form a seamless whole.

What we expect from you

• experience in à la carte and/or breakfast waitress/waiter duties
• a professional and calm customer service attitude
• passion and a service-oriented mindset to exceed customer expectations
• the ability to work under pressure
• good cooperation and communication skills, as well as the readiness to work in strong cooperation with other departments
• fluent English skills
• hygiene and alcohol service certificates

Work begins in mid-November 2026 and lasts until the end of the spring season 2027, at the turn of March-April. Estimated working hours are 90h/3 weeks.
