Our client is an establish Singapore-Based System Integration company with global reach and technology infrastructure with robust high-end technological advancement both commercial, public and private IT capability.
Weare assisting them in the search for a Systems and Network Engineer to handle technology support to maintain day-to-day IT functionality.
Position Responsibilities:
- This position will serve as the primary contact on technical support calls from end-user clients in relation to server, storage, software and network applications.
- Will work with local IT in handling day-to-day network and software installation and implementation.
- Note, the position is not involved as an IT Support but may be assigned escalations from time-to-time.
Position Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in IT / Computer Science field.
- At least 5 years working experience in Systems (eg: Windows Server, Linux OS0 and Network Support (eg: Cisco, Palo Alto)
- Experience in security updates andpatches, Windows Server installation, configuration.
- 5-day work week in regular business hours but will be on rotational stand-by work.
We will look at all candidate profiles but will prioritise those closest to the requirement.
