Card Personalization Operator

We’re Hiring: Personalization Operator (Perso Operator) at CardForté

📍 Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

🎓 Open to: Just-completed NYSC corps members only

CardForté is looking for a dedicated and responsible person who has just completed NYSC to join our team as a Personalization Operator. No prior experience in card personalization is required, as full training will be provided for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate card personalization equipment and processes after training
• Prepare and load customer data accurately for card personalization
• Carry out quality checks on personalized cards to ensure they meet required standards
• Keep accurate production records and report daily output
• Handle cards, materials and customer data with care, confidentiality and security
• Maintain a clean, organized production area
• Work closely with the team to meet production timelines
• Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

• Just completed NYSC
• BSc or HND in any discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Windows operating system
• Responsible, reliable and alert, with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience is an added advantage
