Back Office employee required for the Marketing Department

For a company in Herzliya, which manufactures and markets unique orthopedic implants worldwide, an assistant to the VP of Marketing and Sales is required.

The role includes providing responses to the company's distributors around the world in the logistical field (their orders), the regulatory field (product registration in target countries), and the marketing field (monitoring training performance, preparing marketing materials, conferences, etc.). The role serves as an excellent springboard for entering the international medical device world. Work is performed during standard working hours, but sometimes there is a need to stay a little later or to respond to distributors from home in the early evening hours.

Job Tasks:

1. Entering orders
2. Monitoring open orders
3. Free sell certificate
4. Registration of medical devices at the Ministry of Health and monitoring its receipt
5. Monitoring contracts and MPR
6. Providing regulatory materials to customers for registration purposes
7. Communicating marketing materials to customers
8. Preparing exhibitions and conferences
9. Locating distributors via the network
10. Monitoring the performance of customer training

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree, very good reading, writing, and speaking abilities in English, additional languages will be an advantage, dynamism, creativity, responsibility, and empathy. Good abilities in working with Office, experience with the priority system will be an advantage.
