SMM specialist

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and presentable person to join our team at our new electric vehicle showroom in Yerevan.

Your main responsibilities will include hosting live streams, creating social media content, presenting electric vehicles, communicating with online audiences, and providing excellent customer service to showroom visitors.

Creating social media content;

Managing and operating the company’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.);

Filming and editing short videos presenting electric vehicles;

Hosting live streams, presenting vehicle features, answering viewers’ questions, and interacting with the online audience;

Communicating clearly, smoothly, and politely during live streams;

Creating interesting and engaging content to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers;

Welcoming visitors and customers and providing a high level of service;

Providing customers with information about the vehicles, maintaining communication and follow-up, and ensuring high-quality customer service;

Providing an individual approach to each customer and meeting their needs;

Cooperating with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of visitors and potential customers.

Knowledge and skills in SMM (Social Media Marketing) and social media management;

Previous experience in social media management,  live streaming/hosting, video creation, or customer service;

Confidence in front of the camera and the ability to host live streams;

Basic video filming and editing skills;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Presentable appearance and a professional attitude;

A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail;

Ability to work independently, reliability, creative thinking, and initiative.

Full-time position

Working hours: 11:00–20:00

One day off per week

One-hour daily break

One-month fully paid probation period

Stable salary + performance-based bonuses

Previous experience in SMM, live streaming, sales, or customer service is preferred

Confident communication in front of a camera is required
