Experience in sales within Med Tech is welcome, but the right personality with clinical experience as a nurse or alternatively as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician could also be relevant. We believe that you are a service-oriented person with strong social skills, but who also has an interest in medical technology and has good computer proficiency. You are proficient in English, both spoken and written. French and German are merits but not a requirement. You should have a driver's license. You should also be able to travel approximately 3-4 field days/month.

As a product specialist, this means that you will gain thorough knowledge of the products and their functions and, in the long term, be able to become the expert in the field. You will perform installations, train our users, and work with customer support. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle and be responsible for communicating product requirements, developing marketing material, as well as participating in trade fairs and exhibitions. The role involves a lot of customer contact and a significant amount of travel.
Depending on your background, the position may have slightly different weight in the various tasks. The important thing is that you like helping our customers and find it easy to identify their problems and needs. It is very important that you are service-oriented and can bring technical questions regarding the product and its use to our technical development team and product management, as well as that you like presenting to groups and training others.
