Technician with Project Responsibility (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• independent development and design of vehicle concepts, individual components, and assemblies
• coordination of technical requirements, design details, and implementation concepts with adjacent departments, production sites, design, design offices, and external suppliers
• creation and maintenance of technical documentation, specifications, test documents, and release documents, taking into account relevant standards, guidelines, and customer requirements
• support for sample builds, prototype and pre-series phases, as well as assistance in the implementation and evaluation of optimization measures
• technical leadership and guidance of designers and technical employees within the assigned projects
• responsibility for the successful implementation of assigned projects from the concept phase to series support
• execution of special tasks and technical improvement projects according to defined objectives

Your profile

• successfully completed training as a technician, Meister (industry and craft), Diplom-Ingenieur, Bachelor, or Master in a technical field (preferably wood/plastic/adhesive technology or metal construction)
• professional experience in project management or in a technical environment
• strong teamwork skills, willingness to cooperate, and the ability to prioritize in a structured manner even with parallel tasks
• friendly and communicative demeanor
• high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• good English skills in speaking and writing
• willingness to travel
