Project Manager Engineering Services (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility:

You will assume overall responsibility for cross-departmental and cross-group development projects (assemblies, components, and vehicles) including goal definition, resource, schedule, and budget planning

• Steering international and interdisciplinary project teams across all project phases
• Central interface function between product management, development, production, SCM, as well as external partners
• Analysis and evaluation of development goals and concepts with regard to technical feasibility, manufacturability, economic efficiency, and sustainability
• Derivation, coordination, and steering of solution concepts considering functional, cost, weight, and space-related requirements
• Evaluation and introduction of new technologies
• Creation, coordination, and maintenance of requirement specifications and functional specifications, as well as coordination and evaluation of all project participants
• Preparation and presentation of project status and decision-making bases for steering committees and management
• Cooperation with external service providers (e.g., design and engineering offices) when processing complex tasks

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a technician, master (industry and craft), graduate engineer, Bachelor, or Master in a technical field (preferably wood/plastic or metal construction)
• Professional experience in project management as well as in a technical environment
• Knowledge in the design and development of plastic and metal components is a great advantage
• Strong teamwork skills, willingness to cooperate, and resilience
• Friendly and communicative demeanor
• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Good English skills in speaking and writing, Polish skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel
