Product Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Executive to support the planning, development and continuous improvement of our digital software products and applications.

The role involves understanding user needs, analysing market and product trends, gathering customer feedback, and working with cross-functional teams to develop and improve product solutions and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user and market research to identify customer needs, product trends and market opportunities.
• Gather and analyse user feedback, product usage patterns and customer requirements to support product planning and improvement.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify relevant product developments and opportunities.
• Support the planning and development of product features, user journeys and product solutions.
• Assist in translating user and business requirements into product requirements and improvement proposals.
• Work closely with technical, marketing, sales and customer service teams on product development and enhancement initiatives.
• Support product launches, feature updates and related product communication activities.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback after product launches or updates and recommend improvements.
• Prepare product analysis, proposals, presentations and reports to support product and business planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Design, or a related discipline.
• Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand user needs and translate research findings into practical recommendations.
• Good communication, presentation and stakeholder coordination skills.

Candidates will be assessed based on relevant skills, qualifications and ability to perform the role. Relevant project, internship or work experience is an advantage.
