A. Aim of the Position To provide legal advice, licensing and litigation monitoring to support all relevant departments and project companies in relation to residential and commercial projects.

B. Key Areas of the Responsibilities

• BA degree in Law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a lawyer/legal in-house/legal consultant.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese oral and written.
• High teamwork spirit, entrepreneurial approach and commitment to excellent quality standards.
• Good understanding of law and regulations, especially in real estate sector.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Analyzing and interpreting skills.
