Villa Engineering
Qualifications :
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineering/Technician in a hotel, villa, apartment, or building maintenance environment.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting.
Able to perform AC maintenance and basic repairs, as well as water pump maintenance.
Basic knowledge of plumbing and water heater systems.
Able to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
Willing to work on an on-call/emergency basis when technical issues occur at the villa.
Responsible, honest, well-organized, and able to properly maintain and safeguard villa assets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Electrical Systems
Conduct regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of the villa's electrical installations.
Troubleshoot MCBs, electrical panels, lighting, power outlets, switches, and other electrical systems.
Handle electrical failures and ensure all electrical systems operate safely and properly.
Perform routine electrical inspections to prevent breakdowns and potential hazards.
- Air Conditioning (AC)
Perform inspection, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs of AC units.
Troubleshoot AC issues such as insufficient cooling, water leakage, unit failure, and other malfunctions.
Clean and maintain filters, evaporators, condensers, and other AC components.
Check refrigerant/freon levels and AC components when necessary.
- Water Pumps & Water Systems
Ensure water pumps, booster pumps, and water distribution systems operate properly.
Troubleshoot issues such as pump failure, low water pressure, water leakage, and electrical problems related to pumps.
Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of the villa's water systems.
- Villa Maintenance
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance of villa facilities, equipment, and systems.
Handle minor repairs involving plumbing, water heaters, lighting, doors, furniture, and other villa equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and report potential issues before they develop into major problems.
Ensure all villa facilities and equipment are maintained in good working condition and ready for guest use.
- Emergency & Guest Support
Respond to emergency maintenance issues, particularly those related to electrical systems, AC, water supply, and pumps.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests reported by the Villa Manager or Guest Relations team.
Resolve technical issues as quickly as possible to minimize disruption to guest comfort and villa operations.
- Vendors & Spare Parts
Monitor and identify requirements for spare parts, tools, and technical equipment.
Assist in coordinating with vendors or contractors when specialized technical services are required.
Record the usage of spare parts and monitor maintenance requirements.
