What we do

Capital Stack is a US lead-generation and appointment-setting agency. Our clients are American investment firms: real estate funds and private investment companies that raise money from individual investors.

The flow, start to finish:

1. A client has an investment offering and needs serious investors at the table.

1. We build and run their advertising. Interested investors see an ad and send us their contact details.

1. You call each new lead within 30 seconds, explain the basics of the offering, and check they are a real investor with money ready and a real timeline.

1. You book those investors onto a meeting with the client's team, then confirm before the meeting that they will attend.

1. The client's team runs the meeting from there. Every investor who attends is a potential six-figure investment for them.

We run a performance-based model: we earn when a serious investor actually attends a meeting. Speed and call quality are the whole job, and your pay is tied to attended meetings too.

How you get paid: a fixed monthly salary, plus a bonus for every meeting you're involved in that the investor attends.

What you'll do every day

Your shift is the live window when investors are signing up from our clients' ads.

• A lead signs up. Our system dials for you. You're talking to them within 30 seconds.
• Inform: explain the client's offering in plain terms.

• Check: real investor, money ready, real timeline.
• Book: schedule serious investors onto the client's calendar.

• Confirm: before every meeting, confirm the investor will attend and update the client.

You're on the phone for most of your shift. Between calls you keep the CRM up to date and follow up with leads who haven't answered.

Earnings

• Fixed salary: $800 - $1,500 USD per month, guaranteed based on experience
• Bonus: $1 - $2 for every meeting the investor attends, no limit, based on your involvement. We walk through exactly how it's calculated in your first week

• Starting volume (~100 attended meetings/month): $800 salary + ~$100 bonus = ~$900/month
• Typical volume (~500 attended meetings/month): $1,500 salary + ~$1,000 bonus = ~$2,500/month

• Long term: salary and bonus rate starts near the minimum but subject to change based on experience and both increase with performance, as you stay at the company.
• Paid in US dollars every two weeks by international transfer

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Saturday (Sundays off), 8-hour shifts, 48 hours per week
• Morning shift: 12pm to 8pm Ghana time (7am to 3pm US Central)

• Evening shift: 4pm to 12am Ghana time (11am to 7pm US Central)
• You'll be assigned one shift. Tell us your preference in the application

• Work from home (fully remote)

• Every lead called within 30 seconds of signing up
• Every booked meeting confirmed before it happens; the client always knows who is attending

• Every lead knows exactly what happens next
• On time for every shift, present for the full shift

• Quiet, dedicated workspace with a headset, reliable internet, and backup power for when the lights go off
• Clear English on every call

• Our processes change weekly. You keep up, and you tell us where they can improve

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of outbound calling experience (call centre, telesales, customer service)
• Clear English that US callers follow easily

• Fast on a computer: CRM, multiple windows, typing during calls
• Comfortable with change: scripts, tools, and processes update weekly

• On the phone all day, and happy about it

Where this is going

We're a young agency growing fast in our niche, and we hire for the long term. You train directly with the founder every day and work with AI tools that handle the dialing and admin. As meeting volume grows, your pay grows with it. There is room to grow in both income and role. We hire slowly and we keep our people.
