Personal Assistant cum Driver

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Personal Assistant cum Driver. The ideal candidate must have excellent driving skills and a strong sense of responsibility towards their passengers' safety.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Run errands and provide chauffeuring services to Director and family.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the cars at all times (both interior & exterior).
• Ensure that safety & comfort are always a priority.
• Maintain the vehicle on a regular basis to ensure good working condition.
• Scheduling vehicle maintenance and reporting damages when needed
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties when needed.

Job Requirements

• Possess a record free driving license and practice excellent and safe driving habits.
• Familiar with Singapore roads.
• Able to work according to Director’s schedule, flexible working hours
• Able to work 6 days in a week, 10 hours a day
• Able to work during weekends, public holiday, and overtime when necessary.
• Punctual, responsible, honest and polite.
• Friendly personality, well-mannered, mature and self-discipline.

We are sincerely looking for a suitable candidate, holding valid Class 3 driving license with minimum 3 years relevant experience, to work long term with us. We are looking for a driver holding valid Class 3 driving license with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
