They must also have the skill to incorporate choreography to music and utilize various exercise apparatus such as balls, tubes, bands and light-weights into the lesson plan if necessary. The instructor must follow all policies, procedures and standards of Panorama Recreation and the CRD.Key Skills & Abilities Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and customer service skills are required. Ability to instruct a variety of classes including Hi Lo Choreography, Step, Total Body Conditioning, TRX, HIIT and Spin (indoor cycling). Customer service and public relations experience.Certifications Acceptable criminal record check. The applicant/incumbent is required to undergo a criminal record check to work in this position and to report to their supervisor if any criminal charges are laid against them that may be related to their employment.
