At Capital Humano Integral, we are looking for a Digital Engagement Partner (DEP) to join a major multinational company. Main responsibilities

  • Design and implement engagement strategies for accounts and stakeholders in the healthcare system.

  • Use digital tools and CRM to optimize interactions and enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze information and indicators to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans.
  • Coordinate actions alongside Marketing, Medical Affairs, Access, Commercial, and other strategic teams.
  • Participate in the organization and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid scientific events.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies that favor patient access to innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree.
  • Current course and registration as an Agente de Propaganda Médica (APM) for Argentina.
  • Previous experience in positions such as APM, Key Account Manager (KAM), Digital Engagement, or account management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (OCE IQVIA, Veeva, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience in omnichannel strategies and relationship management with healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Knowledge in project management will be valued.
