Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, requests:

ServiceNow Architect

To work in CDMX (3 days in-person and 2 days home office)

Requirements:

• Fluent/advanced conversational English (C1/C2) mandatory
• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Informatics, Information Technologies, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 to 10+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform, with at least 5 years performing as a Senior Architect / Platform Lead.
• Active certifications (indispensable/highly desirable):
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) / Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Valuable: Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Application Specialist (CAS).
• Expert mastery in architecture design, governance, and best practices for the implementation of multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps).
• Verifiable experience leading complex Enterprise Integration architecture through IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, SSO/SAML, Kafka, or native connectors with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Jira, and Azure AD.
• Advanced mastery of platform development: JavaScript, Service Portal, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, GlideRecord/GlideSystem, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• Proven experience defining the strategy and roadmap for version Upgrades, data migration, and Multi-Instance Architecture management.
• Deep knowledge of the ITIL v4 framework (certification desirable) and agile methodologies at scale (SAFe/Scrum).
• High competencies in executive leadership, strategic communication, complex problem-solving, and technical influence capability.

Responsibilities:

• Define the vision, technical architecture strategy, and long-term roadmap for the ServiceNow platform at an enterprise level.
• Design the end-to-end integration architecture with the organization's application ecosystem, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Establish the governance model, development standards, and code policies (Out-of-the-Box first) to avoid unnecessary customizations.
• Lead rigorous technical reviews (Architecture & Code Reviews) to ensure compliance with standards and delivery quality.
• Advise executives (C-Level / Vice Presidents) and business leaders in translating strategic needs into technological capabilities in ServiceNow.
• Direct and mentor development teams, engineers, and ServiceNow consultants in the execution of complex projects.
• Guarantee operational continuity and mitigate risks in migration processes, major platform upgrades, and security patches.
