Your tasks

Job Objective: Facilitate and guide multidisciplinary technology and business teams in the adoption of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies, ensuring continuous value delivery, the removal of impediments, and the fulfillment of strategic objectives in digital transformation and innovation projects within the financial sector.

• Lead the adoption and implementation of the Scrum methodology in assigned teams, fostering continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Organize, moderate, and optimize the agile cell ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Work hand-in-hand with the Product Owner in the refinement, prioritization, and healthy maintenance of the Product Backlog.
• Monitor the progress of each Sprint, managing risks and actively removing technical and operational impediments that hinder the workflow.
• Ensure compliance with acceptance criteria and the quality of agreed deliverables.
• Provide visibility to stakeholders regarding project progress through the analysis and presentation of agile metrics.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.

Requirements

Requirements and Key Information Education: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Informatics, Information Technologies, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Scrum Master, agile facilitator (Agile Coach), or in similar roles within the software development life cycle.

English: Fluent conversational English mandatory.

Indispensable Sector Knowledge: Proven experience participating in technological projects, platform modernization, digital channels, or process improvement within the banking or financial sector.

Agile Methodologies & Tools

• Expert mastery of the Scrum framework and complementary agile methodologies.
• Effective facilitation of agile cycle ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Tracking of agile performance metrics (Velocity, Burn-down charts), Product Backlog management, and assurance of deliverables.
• Fluent use of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Soft Skills & Leadership

• Proven ability to identify, manage, and remove team blockers or obstacles.
• Excellent executive communication competencies, servant leadership, strategic negotiation, and peaceful conflict resolution.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and business and IT interlocutors (stakeholders).

Desirable Knowledge and Certifications (Valuable)

• Active official certification: Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent.
• Experience in specific banking initiatives: payment methods, electronic/mobile banking, risk management, or operational regulations and norms of the financial sector.
