Requirements

• Experience in Release Management, Change Management, or software deployment management.
• Knowledge of Fullstack development processes.
• Experience working with development teams and web technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control tools and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of integration, testing, and deployment processes.
• Experience in incident, risk, and dependency management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the lifecycle of releases and technological changes for Fullstack applications.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on deployments in development, testing, and production environments.
• Coordinate activities between development, QA, infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams.
• Validate that changes have the necessary documentation, approvals, and evidence.
• Follow up on implementation windows and deployment plans.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts associated with changes.
• Coordinate the attention and follow-up of incidents related to releases.
• Monitor compliance with release schedules.
• Participate in Change Management meetings and change follow-ups.
• Keep documentation for releases, changes, and procedures up to date.
• Generate reports and metrics on implementations, changes, and incidents.
• Promote best practices to improve the quality and stability of release processes.
• Follow up on rollback activities and contingency plans when necessary.
