IT Project Manager - PM (valid PMP)

Your tasks

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager strategist, with strong leadership and financial vision. You will be the key piece and the Primary Point of Contact on Premises at the client's facilities, ensuring the successful delivery of technological projects, compliance with SLAs/KPIs, and the achievement of the financial objectives of the assigned accounts.

Main Responsibilities

• Project Plan Development: Comprehensive elaboration of schedules, task assignment, budget and resource administration, as well as phase monitoring.
• Session and Team Management: Execution of kickoff events (internal/external), logistical coordination, and direction of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Executive Reporting: Periodic issuance of status reports, updates, and key metrics to external Stakeholders and internal Senior Management.
• Risk Mitigation: Constant monitoring of progress to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and escalations, executing mitigation plans.
• Work Methodologies: Project tracking under the frameworks required by the client (Waterfall, Agile Scrum, or Hybrid).

Requirements

Profile Requirements

• Education: Systems Engineering, Communications and Electronics, Project Management, or a related career.
• Experience: Mandatory minimum of 3 years in the position focused on IT projects and 2 to 3 years in project financial management.
• Languages: Intermediate-Advanced English
• Mandatory Certifications: Valid PMP certification
• Tools: Office Suite, Advanced Excel and MS Project; ERP/CRM management.
• Availability: To travel, schedule flexibility, and eventual weekend support if the project requires it.
• Desired Skills: Previous experience in Managed Services or as a Service Delivery Manager. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and a basis in Cisco technology. Management of tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Monday, or Trello.

What we offer

• Monthly salary: $30,000 to $45,000 MXN gross
• Benefits: Statutory benefits (De Ley).
• Additional compensation: Annual bonus of 15 days + Quarterly bonus based on objective fulfillment.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:30 hrs.
• Hybrid modality Col. Nápoles, Benito Juárez, CDMX.
