Cybersecurity Technical Lead – PAM and Secrets Management

Conversational English mandatory Hybrid work scheme (3 days Home Office - 2 days on-site) To work in CDMX or GDL Experience: 5+ years of professional experience desirable English: C1 / Fluent · We are looking for a CISO Technical Lead PAM & Secrets Management Engineer to lead the design, implementation, administration, and evolution of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Secrets Management solutions. The person will be responsible for strengthening security controls related to privileged access, credential and secrets management, automation, and integration of security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Manage and maintain CyberArk platforms.
• Design, implement, and administer HashiCorp Vault.
• Configure policies, access controls, and secrets management mechanisms.
• Integrate CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault with applications, platforms, and enterprise services.
• Administer privileged credentials, secrets, and high-criticality access.
• Participate in the design of PAM and Secrets Management architectures.
• Automate administration and integration processes through scripting.
• Apply security best practices related to privileged access, credential management, encryption, and key management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, applications, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to implement secure access controls.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in privileged access management processes.
• Provide technical leadership and specialized support in security initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
• Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in PAM and/or Secrets Management.
• Hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and administration of CyberArk.
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault, including:
• Deployment and installation.
• Configuration.
• Policy administration.
• Secrets management.
• Integration with different platforms.
• Knowledge of security principles related to:
• Privileged Access Management.
• Credential Management.
• Secrets Management.
• Encryption.
• Key Management.
• Experience in scripting and automation using tools such as:
• Python
• PowerShell
• HCL
• Experience performing integrations between security platforms and enterprise applications.
• Ability to participate in solution design and provide technical leadership.
