Conversational English required · We are looking for a Java Support professional to join our technology team. The person will be responsible for providing technical support for applications developed in Java, analyzing and resolving incidents, identifying root causes, and ensuring the operational continuity of the applications.

We are looking for a profile with experience in Java application support, troubleshooting, and management of production environments. · Responsibilities

• Provide second-level technical support for applications developed in Java.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems in production environments.
• Perform troubleshooting of applications and services.
• Monitor applications and attend to alerts or errors.
• Analyze logs and traces to identify root causes.
• Execute SQL queries for analysis and information validation.
• Follow up on tickets and incidents until their resolution.
• Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Databases, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and technical documentation generation.
• Support deployments, maintenance, and problem resolution in QA and Production environments.
• Comply with incident, change, and problem management processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Java application support.
• Knowledge of Java / J2EE.
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot is desirable.
• Management of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with application servers such as WebLogic, Tomcat, or JBoss.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix.
• Experience with ticket management tools.
• Basic knowledge of Git and deployment processes.
• Desirable experience with monitoring and/or observability tools.
• Analytical capacity and orientation toward problem-solving. ·
