Requirements
- Experience as a Network Engineer, Network Administrator, Network Support Engineer, or similar position.
- Experience in Level 2 network support.
- Knowledge equivalent to CCNP level; CCNP certification is desirable.
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, DHCP, DNS, and NAT.
- Experience with routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
- Knowledge of switching and routing in enterprise environments.
- Experience performing troubleshooting of network connectivity and performance.
- Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6.
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of network security and firewalls.
- Familiarity with high availability and mission-critical environments.
- Technical/intermediate English, desirable.
Desirable Knowledge
- Cisco technologies and/or other networking manufacturers.
- Cisco IOS/IOS-XE/NX-OS.
- SD-WAN.
- VPN, IPsec, and SSL VPN.

Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support to the network infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain network availability, stability, and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to connectivity, routing, switching, and network services.
- Perform troubleshooting using diagnostic, monitoring, and traffic analysis tools.
- Configure, administer, and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Implement and support routing and switching protocols.
- Analyze connectivity problems between different segments, sites, and environments.
- Participate in configuration, migration, upgrade, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Execute controlled changes in production environments following established procedures.
- Escalate incidents to Level 3 teams when necessary, providing detailed technical information.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, servers, applications, and vendor teams.
- Document configurations, procedures, incidents, and solutions.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical incidents.
- Support expansion, optimization, and modernization projects for the network infrastructure.
- Participate in support schemes and on-call shifts, when required.
